European Romanesque Centre

The European Romanesque Center (ERZ) is an interdisciplinary and interfaith organization.  Its activities are rooted in the expertise of numerous scholars at the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg as well as in the numerous monuments of medieval art and architecture that can be found throughout the state of Sachsen-Anhalt, which are connected by the well-known Romanesque Road (Straße der Romanik).

Among the activities of the European Romanesque Center are the regionally as well as European-wide based research on the many aspects of the Romanesque epoch, as well as the communication of the results of that research.

Institut für Angewandte Dermatopharmazie an der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg e. V.

Das IADP beschäftigt sich mit Forschungsarbeiten auf dem interdisziplinären Gebiet der Dermatopharmazie. Es besteht eine enge konstruktive Kooperation zwischen Pharmazeuten und Dermatologen. Steridoc GmbH

Steridoc GmbH is concerned with evaluating new preparation techniques for medical products and equipment; it also deals with technical innovations in the water, waste water and waste material sectors. As part of its work, Steridoc provides a mentoring service for students working on dissertations and theses, and organises a range of training programmes.

Zentrum für Sozialforschung Halle e. V.  an der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg

Das zsh hat seine Tätigkeit im Jahr 1996 mit 15 MitarbeiterInnen, hauptsächlich SozialwissenschaftlerInnen, aufgenommen. Es werden Projekte bearbeitet, deren Ergebnisse in die wissenschaftlichen Fachdiskussionen eingehen und empfehlenden Charakter für Politik und Unternehmen tragen. Die Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind Arbeitsmarkt, Ausbildungssysteme, Einmündungs- und Berufsverläufe sowie Unternehmensstrukturen und betriebliche Strategien.
Das zsh betreibt für Forschungszwecke das CATI-Labor (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) mit 18 Interviewerplätzen.
