Student Survey on Family-Friendly Study Conditions at MLU Halle

Transparency, fairness, and predictability are important key words for the framework of academic studies. Which challenges and options for improvement do you see when considering the study conditions at the MLU Halle? Your opinion is wanted!

The goal of the online survey is the evaluation of the study conditions at the MLU with special consideration of family-friendly structures.

The survey is aimed at all students (including PhD students and international students) at the MLU. The survey starts on 12 April 2021 and ends on 11 May 2021.

With the certificate “audit familiengerechte hochschule”, the MLU is pursuing the goal of constantly improving the possibilities to reconcile studies, qualification, job, and family. This is achieved via family-friendly designs of study and working conditions.

For the development and implementation of further family-friendly services and offers, which are supposed to meet the demands of the target group as best as possible, it is indispensable to consider the view of the students.

This is why the students of the Martin Luther University are being asked for their evaluation concerning family-friendly study conditions as well as perceived needs and potentials to improve in an online survey.

The replies to the questions as well as the interpretation is conducted anonymously. The presentation and analysis of the collected data is planned until spring 2022.

Information about the survey and the questionnaire

The survey includes sets of topics concerning all students as well as additional questions aimed at students with a child or children and/or with care responsibilities.

Therefore, the amount of time it takes to complete the survey can vary: it will take about 10 to 30 minutes.

Via the button “save temporarily”, you have the option to take a break and to complete the survey at a later point in time. To do that, please follow the link to the survey again, which you have received via e-Mail.

The TAN which is included in the link is not connected to your person. Your vote is conducted anonymously.

In the reporting of results, we refrain from evaluating topics or questions that only affect a very small group of people (N<10).
